Along the banks of the Piney River in Rhea County, Tennessee, I found these exposed roots reaching for the water. I was reminded of Jeremiah 17:7-8 as I stood there admiring how life reaches for the water; the true water of life.
I have always been intrigued with photography. I did sports, fashion, news, and wedding photography for a time, but even after I started a career where photography was no longer a part of the work, I kept firing away for personal reasons and to document my life.
