Artist's Description

Just by accident I spotted this squirrel trying its best to shelter beneath its tail on a rainy fall day in October. He/she was just outside my window and I just happened to have my telephoto lens attached to my camera. I settled on the "sponge effect" to give it the texture I thought it needed.

About Paul Mashburn

Paul Mashburn

I have always been intrigued with photography. I did sports, fashion, news, and wedding photography for a time, but even after I started a career where photography was no longer a part of the work, I kept firing away for personal reasons and to document my life. The photos came in handy for my personal blog http://mushysmoochings.blogspot.com. I still write there quite a bit, but documenting the theater restoration project keeps me pretty busy. I hope you enjoy my photos, because the process gives me great personal pleasure. Even if you don't buy, please leave a comment to keep driving me on!
